After you request a pilot, we’ll follow up to confirm your goals, data shape (timestamp + y), and evaluation plan (baseline vs baseline+PhasePoint). We’ll schedule a kickoff and share a short onboarding checklist.
You’ll run PhasePoint on-prem via Docker (wheel available if preferred). No data needs to leave your environment. During the pilot, we provide hands-on support to help you execute the run, review discoveries, and integrate exports into your workflow.
You’ll receive a private deployment link, documentation, and the option to schedule an onboarding call.
Most teams can complete an initial evaluation within 14 days.
At pilot close, you’ll receive a Feature Bundle, a review-ready Evidence Bundle, and a prioritized set of next steps (including any custom requirements).
